Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at toxitress@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
